Hi everyone, after careful consideration and with so much uncertainty with what the universe is throwing at us with covid, new variances, case increases, wildfires out of control, etc. I feel that in the best interest and safety of all, this year's fundraiser is going to be VIRTUAL once again! Registration is open for Cara HELLPs fundraiser. Please join us for Cara HELLPs 4th Annual Virtual Preeclampsia/HELLP Syndrome Awareness 5km Walk-Run-Bike-Hike Fundraiser to be held on Saturday October 2nd, 2021. Encouraging this year as well the VIRTUAL participation from you all around the world!!

Also, I am excited to share the latest news, Cara HELLPs has reached a major milestone, we have recently partnered up with Preeclampsia Foundation Canada! With this news we are pleased to announce a new research grant award, Cara HELLPs research fund, that will specifically fund HELLP Syndrome research. All donations moving forward will go directly to Preeclampsia Foundation Canada.

Pick your own route....Get your families and friends together, strollers, wheelchair, non runners, etc. everyone welcome! Run-walk-bike-hike it on your own, with a small group or however else you choose. Track your route & time and send it in as well as your picture for the photo gallery.

There will be top best time prizes as well as many amazing silent auction items.
